Welcome to Heu! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Heu

platform, including our mobile application, website, and any services provided by Heu (collectively,

the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services. These Terms form a binding

legal agreement between you and Heu ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Definitions
 

1. User: Any individual who uses the Heu platform to manage and access their card or membership

offers.

2. Offer: Discounts, rewards, or benefits associated with registered cards or memberships.

3. Heu Content: All content, tools, and resources made available through the Heu platform.

4. User Content: Information or materials, including registered memberships and preferences,

uploaded or shared by users on the Heu platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use

the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility

requirements.
 

3. Account Registration and Security

1. Account Creation: To access personalized features of the Services, you must create an account

by providing accurate, current, and complete information.

2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. One Account Per User: Each user is allowed to create and maintain only one account.

You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date.
 

4. Service Terms

1. Service Modifications: Heu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the

Services at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes whenever reasonably possible.

2. Service Availability: While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, technical issues or

maintenance may occasionally impact the availability of the Services.

3. Compliance with Laws: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using

the Services.

5. Privacy and Data Usage

By using Heu, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your personal information as

outlined in our Privacy Policy.
 

This may include:

 

• Information you provide during registration (e.g., name, email)

• Card or membership program selections (e.g., Visa, Privilee, etc.)

• Location data (if you enable location services)

• App usage data (e.g., offers viewed, clicks, time spent)

• Technical information (e.g., device type, operating system, IP address)
   

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Use the Services in a way that violates any applicable laws.

2. Share false or misleading information.

3. Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the platform.

4. Attempt to access accounts or data without authorization.

You may not upload harmful code, reverse-engineer the platform, or use automated systems to access the Services without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: All content and features of the Heu platform are owned or licensed by Heu and

protected under intellectual property laws.

2. License: Heu grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms.

8. Limitations of Liability

Limitations of the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Heu makes no guarantees regarding

uninterrupted access or error-free functionality. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Heu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are engaging in unlawful behavior.
 

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Third-Party Services 
The Services may include links to or integration with third-party platforms. Heu is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
